Larry Cook

Mr. Cook is a partner and member of the investment committee at Peterson Partners, a Salt Lake City-based private equity fund focused on lower middle market growth and buyout private equity transactions. Mr. Cook is also a partner and investment committee member of Peterson Ventures, a sister fund focused on seed and venture investments in early stage companies. Prior to joining Peterson Partners in 2004, Mr. Cook worked in the mergers & acquisitions group of the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell in New York City, where he was a member of deal teams involved in a number of high profile M&A transactions. Mr. Cook is a graduate of Stanford University and holds MBA and JD degrees from Brigham Young University. He has previously worked in the investment banking group at Lazard in New York and clerked for the Senate Judiciary Committee. Mr. Cook sits on the boards of Quality Mechanical, Golden West Sanders, Reyburn Landscaping, True North AR, TodaysMama.com, and Modyo.com.
